Sunday School:
10:30 a.m. every winter Sunday
An active Sunday school program attracts younger families in the
neighborhood to Rollag Lutheran. Sunday mornings are alive with
activity as Sunday School teachers lead the children in song, worship
and learning. 30 children regularly attend Sunday School, learning
about Jesus and His role in their lives through lessons, arts and
crafts, and service projects. Children begin Sunday School at age
three, and continue until 9th grade.
Vacation Bible School:
Summer VBS brings member and non-member children together to learn
about the Christian faith in a fun and exciting way. In 2001, college
students from Pathways Bible Camp led the week-long VBS program.
Confirmation:
Rollag Lutheran offers a 2-year confirmation program to 8th and
9th graders. Confirmation students include congregation members
and non-members. In addition to learning about the sacraments, confirmants
learn to apply the Christian faith to their lives.
Trips:
Children of the congregation attend Pathways Bible Camps and travel
to state and national ELCA youth gatherings.
Operation Christmas Child huge success!

Our Sunday School students, youth and congregation participated
in this fantastic program providing gifts to children in desperate
situations around the world. We managed to collect, wrap and send
out 110 individual shoe boxes. Pictured above are just a few of
our youth with a small portion of packages prepared.
